Our search service starts by meeting you to understand your brief, all with the utmost discretion. We will find potential properties and preview them first and accompany you on viewings.  Once you have found the right property for you, we negotiate the best price on your behalf.  We guide you through the process, advising you to secure the best property.

Personal Meeting

A personal meeting, whether it be in your home, in a coffee shop near your place of work or a video call gives us an initial idea of your requirements and budget. We can also discuss current market conditions and advise on possible options regarding potential areas and likely suitable properties. This will form a basic brief from which we can work, should you decide to use our services. Our discussion and notes are strictly private. Client confidentiality is taken very seriously and we understand the need for the utmost discretion throughout the entire search process.

Finding

With your brief in hand we will source potential properties through our various contacts. We understand that your initial brief may alter slightly as you learn more through us. We welcome that and work flexibly to adapt to your needs without extra charge.  Due to the length of time we’ve been in business we have built up a large network of contacts.  This means that we hear of properties before they are offered to the open market; for example, previous clients often contact us when they are selling or letting, before they appoint an estate agent. We preview anything suitable and show you only those that match your brief – so saving you time and avoiding wasted visits.

Accompanied Viewings

We will organise and accompany you on viewings explaining the advantages and drawbacks of each property.  With a purchase in mind, we may point potential changes to improve the property. With a rental in mind, we can help with your considerations and relay appropriate inclusions for the tenancy agreement.

Negotiate

We will offer and negotiate on your behalf. We understand how best to put an offer forward and will assist you in your preparation to ensure we can negotiate the best possible offer. We provide a “checks and balances” approach and a calm, impartial reference point during what can often be an emotional experience.  This invariably saves you money.
