Buying agents were few and estate agents, then and now, represent and work for the seller – they earn their fee from the seller.

London Property Match was one of the very first to represent the buyer – just the buyer, with all motivation and support focused on their client, the buyer. Tamara Colton continues this focus and care, in the spirit of previous fellow director Sarah Dixon and founder directors Suzanne Emson and Sarah Snow.

Without the unnecessary expense of a central London office, we are able to offer competitive fees, being lower than most London based property search and buying agents. This makes London Property Match more accessible to more types of buyers with their buying and renting search.

Driving clients around, rather than hiring expensive chauffeur driven cars, means we do not have to charge the higher fees other finders do.

We also offer bite size services for clients who just need a bit of help with part of the process and do not need the full property search service.
