Our favourite property of 2018

 In Case Studies, Newsletters

We have had to think long and hard about the answer to this question. We have such a varied client base with a huge range of budgets.  It is also not always the case that clients buy our favourite, so we have had to delve right back and recall many previews in our numerous searches. It is not always the highest value properties either that get our vote.  The winner is a recent property we have seen in Little Venice – picture courtesy of Knight Frank.

It is a raised ground floor flat in a classic white stucco period building. The ceiling heights are fabulous and it offers great accommodation with two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third loo. The kitchen is separate but leads to the reception room which has three sets of French doors that look out over spectacular communal gardens. The flat is lucky enough to have direct access in to these gardens.

What is of the utmost importance to us as advisors is that whatever the client buys it represents a good investment for them. A property that is easy to sell and sells well whenever that time comes. A property like this one will always sell fast, as it offers what everyone after a two bedroom flat in London wants; good and equal sized bedrooms, enough bathrooms, separate guest loo, ceiling height, an attractive building, views and access to outside space. Location is of course crucial and this flat is on a prime street in Little Venice, a central London area with the wonderful canal, good restaurants and travel links.
