Full Property Search Service

Small Retainer, Big Value

We only ask initially for a retainer fee of up to £2000 (plus 20% VAT). This will be deduced from the final invoice for the successful search.

For a Purchase, the higher of £6250 or 1.25% of the purchase price (plus 20% VAT), less the initial retainer fee. This is payable on exchange of contracts.

For a Rental, the higher of £4250 or 10% of the annual rental (plus 20% VAT), less the initial retainer fee. This is payable on the first day of the tenancy.
