London Property Match is an independent property buying agent with access to off-market properties. As an experienced buying agent, we help busy or inexperienced buyers and renters find the right property, negotiate the best price and terms and oversee the process through to its completion.  We have been successfully acting as property consultants, finding the right homes and investments for clients in Central, West, North-West and South-West London, since 1999.

Our Fees

Buying Agent fees can be expensive.

We only ask for an initial retainer fee to begin our search of £1200 (including VAT). This will be deduced from the final invoice for the successful search.

For a Purchase, the full fee is calculated at the higher of £7,500 or 1.5% of the purchase price (including VAT), less the initial retainer fee.  This is payable on exchange of contracts.

For a Rental, the full fee is calculated at the higher of £7,500 or 12% of the annual rental (including VAT), less the initial retainer fee.  This is payable on the first day of the tenancy.

We are an independent company and not affiliated or co-owned by an estate agency or any other holding company – this is what affords us our integrity and discretion.

Buyer-focused

We act only for the buyers or renters in the transaction, never the sellers or landlords – we believe acting for both sides would undermine the focus on our client’s requirements.

We have been established since 1999 – as one of the oldest London property buying agents in London our long standing contacts help us secure access to properties not yet marketed.

Exclusivity

We never act for more than one client with the same brief – to work for multiple clients, searching for a similar property, could create a conflict of interest that we believe would be detrimental.
